This is the first post to my new journal.
The last time I built a webpage was in August of 2007.
Many things have changed since I wrote the following:
“It’s been a few days now and I’m starting to get the hang of WordPress. I’ve created a new header graphic as well as a couple of tabbed pages.”
This site is using the latest release of WordPress and more than half the menu and editing options have changed.
One of my favorite taglines is:
”The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.” – Alvin Toffler
With that firmly in mind, I’ve been tearing my hair out for the past three days while relearning.
Currently, I consider the site as an early ALPHA stage.
